Many insurance plans provide hearing aid benefits. For those that do not have a benefit, our office offers an ‘Easy Pay’ plan on all sales that allow you to stretch out the cost of your hearing aid(s) over six to twelve months at no additional cost to you.

How does Hearing Science of Stonestown’s ‘Best Price Guarantee’ work?

    If you are quoted or find a lower price on a new identical hearing aid being advertised by audiology offices or hearing aid dispensers, just show us the price quote and we will match the price and service agreement on the hearing aid.

    However, if our accounting determines the sales price being advertised is lower than our cost, in this instance, we will politely decline to match the quote, but will provide you with 1-years worth of FREE batteries (based on the average battery life of the cell per hearing aid unit) upon completion of your trial period and final payment with the other office.

I purchased a hearing aid from another office. Will your office repair and make adjustments to my hearing aids?

    Yes. Our office will fit, service or repair any hearing aid you have, regardless of its original place of purchase (including on-line). Please contact our office for fees associated with the fitting, service and repair of hearing aids purchased from places other than Hearing Science of Stonestown.

    Additional services required for a successful hearing aid fitting include: proper ear-mold impression and make (to ensure proper fit for comfort, eliminate feedback, and effectively channel sound from the hearing aid unit to the ear), programming and feedback testing, regular fine-tuning adjustments, repairing and refitting units, and making earmold adjustments.
